This course, over 4 days, equips you with the skills to create a high-impact training department that drives organizational success through data-driven decision-making, effective leadership, and innovative learning products. You’ll learn to assess the alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals, manage budgets, and measure the return on expectations (ROE) for key learning programs. The course also covers developing and managing learning products, including ensuring consistent quality and stakeholder collaboration. In addition, you will develop strategies for leading teams through implementation, resource management, and technology integration while fostering a culture of continuous learning. The hands-on approach of the course includes synchronous sessions and self-paced activities, giving you the tools you need to lead training teams, manage every aspect of the training function, and collaborate with peers to share insights and best practices.
