I was interviewed by Matt Pierce of Techsmith for their Visual Lounge series. I froze at the end, but the the rest of it is all there. I was a guest on The Mind Tools L&D Podcast last week and the episode was released today! Check it out.
I couldn't be more excited to announce this. Last year, I wrote a chapter for the latest edition of the ATD’s Handbook for Training and Talent Development. It was an honor to be asked to contribute! The book will be officially released in May 2022 at ATD’s 2022 Annual International Conference and Exposition in Orlando. But before that, there's pre-sale pricing if you order between March 14 and April 8. Members and Non-Members will save $20 off the normal pricing. My chapter appears in Section III.
I was interviewed for Nerdy Shop Talk! It was an incredible honor to chat with Julie Dirksen and Tracy Parish. I'm facilitating a workshop and a concurrent session at Learning Solutions in Orlando this April.
Workshop: Storytelling to Support Learning, April 18th - Explore strategies for building stories into your course designs. Concurrent session: Writing eLearning, April 21st at 10:45 am - Get tips on employing writing strategies that promote behavior change. I hope to see you there! I was interviewed by getAbstract, which is a book summary site. They also rate books and rated my book Storytraining a few months after it was released in 2018, which is why they interviewed me. You can find the interview on the getAbstract website: “Mapped Perfection Is Often Not What Learners Want.”
I'm speaking at the Learning Guild's eLearning Foundations Online Conference on December 9 at 11:30 am PT.
My session is called, Developing Quality Assurance Processes for eLearning Products. |
